EOM Spring Cycle Finale: Congrats to All Promoted!

Two weeks after the second EOM held in Discovery Bay it was already time for the final leg of the 2025 Spring Cycle. In the C/D group Spencer Sun had no interest in handouts or professional draws. This time he won all his games. Newcomer Carson He clinched second place with 4/5 , while Jayden Luk Chun Yin came in third. Honourable mentions go to Lucas Cheung and Andy Cai coming in fourth and fifth, also scoring 4/5. Richard Li, Rishaan Thakur and Bastiaan Tsang all scored 3/5. It was Richard who had the best tiebreak and could take the first place medal home.

兩星期後，我們迎來春季月終賽的最終回合。C/D 組方面，Spencer Sun 今次更進一步，以全勝成績完成比賽；Carson He 以 4/5 成績緊隨其後奪得亞軍，Jayden Luk Chun Yin 排第三；Lucas Cheung 及 Andy Cai 同樣取得 4/5，分列四、五名。Richard Li、Rishaan Thakur 及 Bastiaan Tsang 均獲得 3/5，當中 Richard 憑藉較佳小分獲得冠軍獎牌。所有成績請見 這裡。

Group C/D in Action and Prize Winners

In the A/B group Arjun Iyer recovered well after a first round loss against Nemo Chen, finishing with 4/5. That was enough for first place in the A-group. However, it was Vitus Chai who won the tournament with 5/5 and with that the B-group medal. Zanna Zee took third place, while Lolly Chen came in fourth after losing a very close encounter with Vitus in the last round. Zanna and Lolly took second and third place in the B-group. Next up in the ranking were Shayne Meng and Shashank Bhaskar who finished second and third in the A-group. With that we have our final standings of the 2025 Spring Cycle. For the final standings we look at the two best results of the three legs. In the D-group there were three players tied for first before 15 June. With his win Richard Li moved ahead of his competitors and won the D-cycle. Congratulations! Kyle Tak Yan Hui and Nicholas Cher were just behind him and joined the podium. In group C Spencer was dominant throughout the entire cycle. Special shoutout to him for constantly improving: going from 4/5 in the first leg to 4.5/5 in the second leg to finishing with a perfect 5/5. Jayden Luk Chun Yin and Wayne Liu took second and third place, also well above their competitors. Congratulations to all who promote! In group B Zanna Zee won the overall standings. Vitus came in second place after his fine performance on the last day. Adrianne Hing Zin Wan, Lolly Chen and Nemo Chen followed. Congratulations to them! In group A we have four players who “graduate” from the End of the Month Series. Congratulations to Arjun Iyer, Shayne Meng, Shashank Bashkar and Wong Yue Hei!
