About the event

General

Games are played according to the Rapid Chess Laws of Appendix B of the FIDE Laws of Chess, with deviations as follows in the following tournament regulations.


Tournament Regulation

1. There is insufficient supervision for the arbiters to monitor all games and Article B4 of the Rapid Chess Laws applies throughout the tournament.

2. Black player determines which side of the board the clock is on.

3. The game may only begin when an additional queen of both White and Black has been placed.
