Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how much time we spend in digital spaces compared to real life. A few weeks ago, I found myself falling into a bit of a rut where I was watching porn videos almost every night just because I was bored and my partner was working late shifts. It wasn't that I was unhappy, but it started to feel like a mindless routine that was draining my actual social energy. I finally decided to mention it to my partner, and we actually had a really good laugh about how easy it is to get sucked into the "infinite scroll." It made me realize that I need to be more intentional with my time. Does anyone else feel like they use adult content more out of habit than actual interest sometimes, and how do you snap out of that cycle?

I was just poking around the site looking for the latest community art challenge and stumbled onto this thread. It’s quite a grounded conversation for a forum—usually, things get way more heated or weird when personal habits come up. I’ve always appreciated that this specific board stays relatively chill regardless of the topic. I’m mostly here for the creative side of things, but it’s interesting to see people discussing the psychological side of digital consumption. It’s definitely something most of us deal with in one way or another, whether it’s scrolling through social media or anything else. Anyway, I’m off to finish my latest project before the sun comes up. Have a good one, everybody!
