In term 2 of Academic Year 2021-22 we will provide chess ECA on Tuesdays, 3:15-4:15pm. 

 

Our training focuses on bringing children, whom mostly haven't played chess in any tournament format before, comfortably to play in individual and team tournaments. All our students can join our once per month "End of Month" tournament which is a controlled competition in which players of equal strength play for medals and trophies and learn how to play with a chess clock and time their thinking. 

In term 2 we will have 12 sessions, as follows:

• January 4, 11, 18, 25

• February 8, 15, 22

• March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

No refund, credit or make-up class will be provided if the student does not attend at the scheduled day and time. In case of enforced school closure by EDB or if classes are disrupted due to COVID-19 circumstances, these classes can be taken as make-up class during the full academic school year at school or at our Sheung Wan or Discovery Bay centers.
